1. Maintaining your physical body. It’s amazing these days how often people forget to or they neglect their physical body. They don’t take regular exercise, eat nutritious foods or drink enough water – yet the physical body is the home of your emotional body. So taking care of your physical body is important and has a greater impact on how you feel because of its close connection and link to your emotional body.
