Mind Training Video Tip: Focus (Part 1)

Your focus is important in terms of your results.
What you think about, what you dwell upon, what you hold in your mind actually creates your future.
The truth is that people who don’t succeed and who don’t get what they want are often unconsciously focusing on the negative. You hear them say things like, “This will never work” or “Why is it things like this always happen to me?!” or “I just can’t do it, I’ll give it a try.”
When statements like these are repeated over and over again, it actual reinforces the negative suggestion which then becomes a powerful block to your success.
Here’s what to do instead…..
 
FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT
 
Align all of your thoughts, words and actions towards what you DO want. You can reinforce the power of positive suggestions by changing what you say to yourself and by asking yourself empowering questions. For example: “How can I make things work out for me?” or “What is it that I need to do to achieve my outcome?” 
 
You will eventually create whatever it is that you are thinking about. So…
